Disclaimer: Most of ClubTote's products are made with silk, satin or PVC materials. Since our arm strap purses have direct contact on your skin, arms or wrists, the possibility of an allergic reaction may potentially occur. If so, please discontinue contacts between the purse and your skin immediately. ClubTote holds no responsibilities for any skin irritations caused by any use of our products. If you have purchased a purse via our website, these rules will also apply to you. Delivery Options: All orders are shipped via Canada Post Regular Parcel Service. Most of our orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. Occasionally, some orders may take up to 5-10 business days to ship. ClubTote do not ship to P.O. Boxes, and a street address must be provided. For orders going outside of Canada with the exception of USA, the freight charges are shown in the shipping rates page. International orders are shipped within 10-14 business days after order placement. International Orders: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. ClubTote does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office. Payment Options: Purchases are done through PayPal, which is a safe and secure way to purchase online. They currently accept all major forms of payment: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX, eCHECK, and Discover cards. Purchases: All website purchases are securely processed by PayPal and will be billed directly to your credit card or bank account. Any personal information shared with PayPal is used only for the purpose of placing your order with ClubTote. Returns Policy and how to return: ClubTote takes great pride in our quality and workmanship. Should any item purchased from this web site be deemed defective, we will gladly assist you. If you are unhappy with your purchase from us, we will take back any product for a full 15 days (if returned in the original condition, and with the tags still attached), and we will credit you the amount of the purchase minus the shipping charge and minus a 4% restocking fee. All packages must be prepaid and insured for your own protection. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. To return your order: Enclose a copy of your packing slip with hand written instructions to refund your money or exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase. Please send your return back prepaid in a securely wrapped package via Express Post or any way you will have a tracking #. Our return address is: Returns Dept.
