Should any item purchased from this web site be deemed defective, we will gladly assist you. If you are unhappy with your purchase from us, we will take back any product for a full 15 days (if returned in the original condition, and with the tags still attached), and we will credit you the amount of the purchase minus the shipping charge and minus a 17% restocking fee. All packages must be prepaid and insured for your own protection. Please do not mail any packages C.O.D. as they will not be accepted. To return your order: Enclose a copy of your packing slip with hand written instructions to refund your money or exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase. Please send your return back prepaid in a securely wrapped package via Express Post or any way you will have a tracking #.
